I absolutely love this drink & i cannot go a day without it. There are many variations of this drink from different parts of india. This one is a savory version called Neer mor; its also called as spiced buttermilk/majige. The sweet version of this drink is called Lassi. And its also called as Chaas. No matter how many names, but it all comes down to 2 basic ingredients – Yogurt & water and the rest is just flavor.
Soya chunks is a real good option for vegetarians looking for a source of protein in their diet. This is one food that i pick from my protein bag !! Yeah. It has a long shelf life & has less fat content. Well next time you think of snacking on fried chicken nuggets, think again 🙂
I have always been fascinated with baking, and i tried my hands a few times at baking via pressure cooker and microwave and always ended up with a bad cake! Well these days, having an oven, i seemed to have found my love for baking, and its getting addictive!!!
