Who doesn’t love a good lassi. Mango lassi umm yummy. But these are occasional treats. This lassi is about 220 calories per serving. I din’t have much of the ingredients needed for a good mango lassi so i made use of the stuff i had to whip up a lassi and it did turn out to be good.
This recipe serves just 1. It can be doubled.
What you need :
Yogurt : 1/4 cup
Coconut water: 1/2 cup + 1/4 cup (You can add coconut milk too for a much rich lassi)
Sugar: 2.5 tbsp
Crushed cardamom: 1
– Put all in a blender & blend till smooth.
– Pour into glass & top with cardamom powder. Chill it & serve or add ice cubes & serve.
I’m not sure why the pics show it as yellow. But the color has an orange hue.
You can add coconut milk too and it would taste yumm.. But that would be even more calories
