Breakfast smoothies are my to-go choice most of the days. They are so easy to make & can be whipped up in minutes. This one is my favorite as i love blueberries
What you need: Serves 1 and takes approx 5 mins to make.
Blueberries: 1/2 cup
Almond milk: 1 cup
Powdered oats: 1/3 cup
Chia seeds: 1 tbsp (Optional)
Blend everything together. Top it with Chia seeds like i have done or flax seeds! Enjoy.
You can always use frozen banana’s and blueberries.
