Welcome to foodienfitness. I’m Heer and this blog is all about food and fitness; which are my passions. I believe growth is accomplished only by doing things, its easy to procrastinate and its easy to get motivated & set goals, but to keep improving you need to stick to what you decide to do, which is a real challenge even to me. This blog is for my growth, i’m selfish that way 🙂 and i hope someone benefits during my journey to fitness and healthy food. (Though i cant stop from making unhealthy goodies too 😉 ) So its all about food & fitness.
