I have used Narasu’s Instant coffee for this recipe. Its quick and there is something about having frothy coffee.
Who doesn’t love a good lassi. Mango lassi umm yummy. But these are occasional treats. This lassi is about 220 calories per serving. I din’t have much of the ingredients needed for a good mango lassi so i made use of the stuff i had to whip up a lassi and it did turn out to be good.

I absolutely love this drink & i cannot go a day without it. There are many variations of this drink from different parts of india. This one is a savory version called Neer mor; its also called as spiced buttermilk/majige. The sweet version of this drink is called Lassi. And its also called as Chaas. No matter how many names, but it all comes down to 2 basic ingredients – Yogurt & water and the rest is just flavor.
