Sevai kheer

Kheer is a sweet dish that is usually made during auspicious occasions. I still remember making this as my first dish after my wedding. You cannot go wrong with this dish.

I like to add a little sago along with vermicelli while making this.

Eggless Milk Pudding/China Grass/Agar agar

A sweet pudding made using milk & condensed milk (Yummm).

I can have condensed milk as it is but then i stop myself thinking about the calories. This dish requires agar agar for it to set, which you will find in Asian stores. Its almost transparent & crunchy.

Praline

Praline is a combination of nuts & caramelized sugar. You can use cashews/almonds, preferably almonds.
