Keto: Tahini cilantro spread

Nothing can taste like bread though..!!

I used this spread on keto bread to remove some of the strong almond flour flavor. This can be used numerous ways. Consider it a chutney or a spread.

What you need:

Sesame seeds- 1/4 cup

Cilantro chopped- 1/4 cup

Canned Coconut milk- 2 tbsp

Lemon juice- 1/2 tsp

Salt to taste. I added 1/4 tsp

Method:

Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.

I’ve used this on toasted keto bread topped with trader Joe’s everything but the bagel sesame seasoning blend. So yum.. everyone needs this seasoning blend in their life!!

Serving size is 2tsp and this makes 5 servings. Can be stored in refrigerator for upto a week.
